My walk today was brief
As short as short can be
But it still cleared my head
And helped me feel free
There is no better way
To interrupt your day
Than take a step, get out the door
And walk those blues away.
I actually walked quite a bit the rest of the day, broke my pedometer, got a new car stereo and generally had a great day---I hope you did, too!
